These Terms of Use govern your access to AttentionMining.com, the Attention Mining™ Admin Hub, public website-yield listings, wallet reward and claim tools, plugin downloads, advertising marketplace features, and related services operated by CryptoLiveLeak, Inc. By using these services, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The Attention Mining™ Network

Attention Mining™ connects participating WordPress publishers to a Hub-managed network for global reward tasks, wallet-based reward accounting, advertising inventory, campaign delivery, and public network analytics. Information displayed by the service may originate from connected publisher websites, Hub settings, advertising activity, reward events, claim records, and public blockchain transactions.

Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you connect or administer a website, submit a campaign, or configure a payout wallet on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization and to transmit the applicable website and account information to the Hub.

Connected Publishers

Each participating publisher controls its own website, content, local users, disclosures, and plugin configuration. Publishers are responsible for accurately describing their websites and ad inventory, obtaining any notices or consents required for wallet and reward features, maintaining secure WordPress administration, and complying with laws applicable to their websites. Hub synchronization may be disconnected at any time from the consumer plugin.

Rewards, Tasks, and Claims

Reward eligibility depends on active task rules, wallet association, anti-abuse controls, reward caps, available payout inventory, token configuration, and successful network synchronization. Displayed balances are accounting records until a claim is completed on-chain. Rewards may be delayed, adjusted, rejected, or reversed when activity is duplicated, automated, manipulated, fraudulent, technically invalid, or otherwise ineligible.

Users control their browser wallets and are responsible for reviewing transaction details before approval. Users are also responsible for wallet security, private keys, token account requirements, Solana network fees, token-program fees, taxes, and the legal treatment of tokens in their jurisdiction. Attention Mining™ does not provide investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice and does not guarantee token value or liquidity.

Advertising Marketplace

Advertisers may select eligible inventory, submit campaign information and creative, and pay in the currency configured by the Admin Hub. Pricing, publisher share, network fees, campaign duration, and delivery depend on current Hub settings and selected placements. Impressions, clicks, and estimated reach are measurements rather than guarantees.

CryptoLiveLeak, Inc. may reject, suspend, or remove campaigns that are unlawful, deceptive, malicious, infringing, technically unsafe, graphically explicit, or materially inconsistent with network quality standards. Advertisers are responsible for their creative, destination URLs, offers, claims, permissions, and legal compliance.

Software and Licenses

The Attention Mining™ Lite plugin is distributed under the license included with that plugin. Commercial extensions, support, installation services, themes, and other paid offerings are governed by the license and purchase terms supplied with those products. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the Attention Mining™ trademarks, brand, source design, or network.

Acceptable Use

You may not manipulate reward events, create false identities or traffic, interfere with Hub or publisher systems, bypass rate limits or eligibility rules, distribute malware, submit unauthorized personal data, infringe intellectual property, scrape non-public information, impersonate another party, or use the services for illegal activity.

Intellectual Property

Attention Mining™, its visual identity, network interfaces, marketplace presentation, documentation, and associated materials are owned by or licensed to CryptoLiveLeak, Inc. Except for rights expressly granted by an applicable open-source or commercial license, no right to copy, rebrand, resell, or commercially exploit these assets is granted.

Third-Party Services

The network depends on independent services that may include connected publisher websites, WordPress hosts, browser wallets, Solana, RPC providers, token programs, blockchain explorers, payment providers, and linked websites. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately, and CryptoLiveLeak, Inc. does not control their availability or conduct.

Availability and Disclaimer

The services are provided on an as-available basis. Blockchain congestion, hosting failures, RPC limits, wallet software, token configuration, publisher outages, security controls, or maintenance may affect data, campaigns, rewards, or claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoLiveLeak, Inc. disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earnings, traffic, campaign performance, or token value.

Enforcement and Changes

Access to websites, wallets, rewards, claims, campaigns, or Hub features may be limited or terminated when these terms are violated or when action is reasonably required to protect users, publishers, the network, or legal compliance. These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The current version will be posted on this page with its revision date.
